Door Hardware
SEI Group/Eric's Locks has been operating as a separate company since it was spun out of its parent company in 2002. We offer most brands of locks including Schlage, Kwikset, Yale, Baldwin, BHP, and Pamex. No one in the southeast installs more door hardware than us; in 2007 we installed over 10,000 houses worth of door hardware. In 2008 we installed 65% of the hardware in the homes in Atlanta area.
Insulation
The SEI Group is an energy star certified insulation company. We are very experienced at installing both retrofits and new home construction. We have among the largest market shares in the Atlanta area, as we are a preferred insulation contractor for Pulte, DR Horton, Ryland Homes, who rank numbers 1,2,3 in terms in volume in the city of Atlanta.

Metal Roofing
SEI Group offers extremely competitive pricing on metal roofing. We are able to do both galvanized and copper roofing. We are installing metal roofing for some of the most prestigous builders in Atlanta.
Gutters
We offer all types of gutters from 5” aluminum gutters to half round copper gutters, and everything in between.
Mantles and fireplace surrounds
We install fine Italian marbles or travertine with paint grade mantles.
